Jessica Zenk is Senior Director for Transportation Policy for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.
Jessica is an urban planner with expertise in economic development, transportation, infill and redevelopment, and the arts. For the Leadership Group, Jessica directs transportation and land use policy initiatives and programs.
Prior to joining the Leadership Group, Jessica worked with Seifel Consulting Inc., where she advised on a wide range of urban planning projects. Previously, Jessica worked in redevelopment, housing, development and public policy for public and non-profit agencies throughout the Bay Area. She received a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Brown University, and is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
Jessica is an avid dancer, performer and advocate for the arts, serving on the San Jose Arts Commission. She also serves on the Advisory Board for SPUR San Jose. She lives with her husband and daughter in Downtown San Jose, enabling an easy bike commute to the Leadership Group’s offices.
