Brian Brennan Brian Brennan is the Leadership Group's Senior Director of Member Services. The Senior Director of Member Services plays the primary role in organizing membership recruitment efforts and works to retain and activate current members. Brian brings over a decade of experience in both local and international public policy. Most recently, he worked for several years on political development programs for the U.S. Agency for International Development in Russia. He has also served with international affairs nonprofit organizations in California, Texas and Mexico. On the domestic front, Brian has written on California politics and policy for Oxford Analytica and The Monterey County Herald. He has also long been active in his community, most recently serving on the board of the Monterey County Police Activities League, and volunteering at the Correctional Training Facility in Soledad, California. He currently sits on the Santa Clara City General Plan Task Force. Brian received a BA in American Studies from Stanford University, a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School, and a PhD from the University of Oxford. A Monterey County native, Brian now lives in Campbell with his wife Wendy and son Luke. |
