Energy Summit 2008, July 11: “The New Energy Economy”

The Silicon Valley Leadership Group's 2008 Energy Summit will bring together public officials, utility executives, academic experts and company energy specialists to focus on the "New Energy Economy." The summit will be held at Stanford University, July 11. The annual Leadership Group summit, also sponsored by Stanford’s Precourt Institute for Energy Efficiency, brings together top experts to discuss critical energy issues facing California.
In panel discussions and keynote addresses, participants will learn the latest on federal and state energy policies from the people who are shaping them. They will talk to the decision-makers to find out what's in store for California. They will learn about the Leadership Group's innovative partnership with PG&E to provide Silicon Valley companies with energy efficiency strategies, demand management options and renewable energy resources.
